Nymeo recognizes the importance of keeping members' personal information private and follows its Privacy Policy in order to protect that information. Nymeo's Privacy Policy is mailed annually to members who receive paper statements, and is also posted below.
In order to provide members with our latest special offers, information on new services or other financial news, we may share certain personal information with a limited number of carefully chosen partners. As the Privacy Policy states, "All financial companies need to share members' personal information to run their everyday business."
Members receive Nymeo news and valuable financial opportunities through this process. Opting out may mean missing out on important Credit Union information.
To opt out of any part of Nymeo member notifications, members may fill out and submit the online form. If you prefer, you may separately email a request to unsubscribe@nymeo.org or mail a request to Marketing Department, 5210 Chairmans Court, Frederick, MD 21703.
Please allow at least 10 days for processing opt-out requests; you may continue to receive opted-out materials during this time.

How does Nymeo protect my personal information? |

These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Nymeo regularly tests and assesses its information security measures, trains employees, and adopts upgrades as necessary. |
How does Nymeo collect my personal information? |
We collect your personal information, for example, when you • Open an account or deposit money • Pay your bills or apply for a loan • Use your credit or debit card We also collect Your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies. We also collect images of checks on our mobile and desktop applications to enable you to deposit funds remotely. We only use the images to process deposits and display the image in your transaction history. We do not share these images. Images on our mobile application are uploaded at the user’s discretion for purposes of personalization and only used by the end user. |
