When you join Nymeo, you become an equal owner in a secure, well-managed financial co-operative! We offer the same products and services as a bank, but since we have no shareholders, we invest back to our members by offering better rates and lower fees.

If you live, work, worship, attend school, volunteer, or conduct regular business in Frederick or Montgomery County, Maryland, you are eligible to join. Once you are a member, your immediate family members* and household members** are also eligible to become members. If none of these qualifications for membership apply to you, you may become a member when affiliated with a charitable organization that Nymeo supports, such as the Humane Society of Frederick County, Maryland, by way of a minimum contribution of $10.00 made on your behalf by Nymeo. Once a member, always a member - even if you move away from one of the counties we serve!

*Immediate family members are eligible to join, even if they are not residing in your household! These include parents and stepparents, children and stepchildren, siblings and stepsiblings, grandchildren and grandparents.
**Household members are considered persons living in the same residence maintaining a single economic unit. These include domestic partners, roommates, other family members, or legal guardian relationships.
