Internet Explorer, versions 8, 9 and 10, is no longer compatible with My Nymeo Online Banking. Members using these IE browsers may have difficulty accessing online banking and will need to update their browser.
At this time the transfer function of My Nymeo Online Banking is not supported by the Windows Edge browser that comes installed on Windows 10. If you have Windows 10 installed on your PC, Windows Internet Explorer 11 also comes installed and does fully support My Nymeo Online Banking. Supported Operating Systems (OS):
- Android OS 4.4 (K or KitKat) or below: Any version of the app, members will receive a generic System Error message when attempting to open the app. You will not be able to access the app without an Android OS upgrade or a device that supports a newer version of Android.
- Android OS 5.0 (L or Lollipop) is currently the minimum OS version that is supported. If you are on a lower version of Android, it is recommended that you upgrade to a minimum version of 5.0 if possible.
*Please note, Developer Releases, Betas, custom ROMs or custom versions of Android may not be fully supported.
- iOS 9 is currently the minimum OS version that is supported. If you are on a lower version of iOS 9 it is recommended that you upgrade to a minimum of iOS 9.
- Users of iOS 8 will still be able to download and install the app, however iOS 8 or older will no longer be supported and issues that are reported will no longer be investigated
*Beta releases of iOS will not be supported until they are publicly released.

Rest easy. Apple Pay transactions are authorized with TouchID thumbprint security or your passcode, and transactions never use your card number. Nymeo members can use Apple Pay by adding it to their Nymeo Visa® Debit and Nymeo Platinum Visa cards.
Our convenient Courtesy Pay service protects your Nymeo checking account against an accidental overdraft (inadvertently writing a check for more than the amount in your checking account). Courtesy Pay coverage means no worries about having your check returned, and no merchant returned check charges. It's an important added protection for your credit rating. Courtesy Pay also saves the time and trouble required to remit payment a second time.
Members with courtesy pay must make regular deposits to the covered account and must bring their account to a positive balance regularly. Other restrictions may apply.

Members who meet the criteria automatically receive Courtesy Pay coverage for their checks, ACH and automatic bill payments. Nymeo will cover the amount due and charge a fee for every transaction over the zero balance, up to $1,060 including fees. We will charge you a fee of $35 each time we pay an overdraft. You then have up to 30 days to bring the account current. If you wish to end this service or if you have previously opted out of Courtesy Pay and wish to reinstate it, click here.
Courtesy Pay Plus account protection is also available for ATM and debit card transactions. Members who meet the criteria above may opt in for this Courtesy Pay Plus coverage by clicking here. You also may choose to protect your account against overdrafts with Nymeo's Overdraft Line of Credit.
Overdrawing is a bummer. That's why we have several no-hassle options to protect you from doing it. Our credit line provides protection from overdrawing your checking account and gives you convenient access to loan funds. The rate is variable and subject to change twice a year. There's no annual fee or per-usage charge.

Nymeo offers a Visa® Debit Card (often referred to as a debit card). This card allows you to make cash withdrawals at ATMs and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions everywhere Visa® Debit cards are accepted.
