Visa® Check Card
Nymeo's Visa® Check Card (often referred to as a debit card) allows you to make cash withdrawals at ATMs and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions everywhere Visa® Debit cards are accepted. Nymeo is part of two surcharge-free ATM networks: Allpoint and CO-OP Network. Allpoint provides you with a network of 40,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide. CO-OP Network also offers you surcharge-free access to 28,000 CO-OP Network ATMs. This includes: 9,000 deposit-taking ATMs and 5,500 7-Eleven locations throughout the United States and Canada. Click here to find a location near you. Surcharge free ATM’s mean that you will not be assessed a fee from the owner of the machine. A fee of $1.50 will be charged for each Non- Nymeo ATM transaction. This fee may change from time to time as our fee schedule is modified.
The Visa® Check Card gives you the same ATM features, but provides greater flexibility for purchases because it can be used anywhere the Visa debit card is accepted. You can make purchases with checking account funds without writing checks or using cash. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a checking account, the Visa® Check Card can still serve as an ATM card only.
Using Your Nymeo Visa Check Card Overseas
Due to increased debit card fraud, Nymeo maintains a block on your Nymeo Visa Check Card for all purchases made outside the United States. To temporarily remove the block, contact us. Provide Nymeo with your dates of travel or the dates you will be making an online or telephone purchase outside the United States. It is important to check your Checking account statement(s) regularly to ensure no fraudulent charges have been made.
Change PIN By Phone
Members may conveniently change their Personal Identification Number (PIN) by phone. Simply call 1-800-992-3808 from one of the phone numbers listed on your account and follow the prompts. Please have your Nymeo check card handy when you call.
Inactive Check Cards
Nymeo closes all inactive check cards that have not been used for 180 days, as they may potentially be at risk. If your card has been closed due to inactivity, please contact us if you would like to have a new card number issued.
Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
To report a debit card lost or stolen please call 1-855-436-4100 option 5. To order a replacement debit card* please call or visit any branch location. Replacement cards may take up to 7-10 business days via standard mail, please contact us.
