NCI-FT. Detrick Branch Location Closing
The Nymeo NCI branch located at 549 Beasley Drive on Fort Detrick in Frederick will no longer be in service after the close of business on Friday, August 31, 2018.
In making the decision to close the NCI branch, our primary concern is maintaining the exceptional service NCI members have come to expect. There will be no interruption to service or to your account access. Here are questions you may have about how you will be able to access your Nymeo account after the branch closes.
HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL:
VISA DEBIT CARD: You can use your Visa Debit Card at any point-of-purchase such as a grocery store and receive cash back from your checking account.
ATM: The Nymeo ATM will remain at its current location at this branch location.
There are 2 additional ATMs located on Ft. Detrick that can serve the members of NCI:
• Nymeo Branch/ATM: 1520 Freedman Drive, Building 1520
• Nymeo ATM: Fort Detrick PX, 1405 Porter Street
Additionally, members may use the ATMs at CVS locations throughout Frederick. Members also have access to more than 28,000 ATMs in the CO-OP Network, including 9,000 deposit-taking ATMs. Locations of these ATMs can be found on nymeo.org.
BRANCHES: NCI members are welcome to visit any branch locations on Ft. Detrick and in Frederick.

MOBILE DEPOSITS: Make a check deposit from the convenience of your smart phone! Just download the My Nymeo Mobile App to use this quick, easy and secure service!
ATM: Many Nymeo ATMs take both check and cash deposits! Find a full service ATM that is convenient to you by looking at our locations page on nymeo.org.
BRANCHES: NCI members are welcome to make a cash or check deposit at any Nymeo branch location.
HOW TO MAKE A TRANSFER:
ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING: Make an account to account transfer or transfer to/from another financial institution. More information can be found on nymeo.org under eServices.
NATE: Nymeo’s Automated Telephone Expert. NATE can be reached 24/7 by dialing 1-855-436-4100 and selecting Option 1.
ATM: You can make simple account transfers by visiting an ATM.
CALL CENTER: Nymeo financial concierges are available to assist you Mondays through Fridays, 8 am to 7 pm and Saturdays, 9 am to 3 pm at 855-436-4100.
BRANCHES: Transfer funds at any Nymeo branch location.
HOW TO REQUEST A LOAN:

PHONE: You can easily apply for your loan by phone! Just call 855-436-4100 and select option 2 to reach a Loan Officer.

Is There Anything I Need To Do After The NCI Branch Closes?
No. There is nothing you need to do as a member. We will continue to communicate with you well in advance of our departure from the building via email, mail, and also through our liaisons at NCI. Our Nymeo staff will be relocated to other branch locations. Hope you visit!
